Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of travel services by Instacam-Lives — Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. —, in compliance with the regulations applicable to travel and holidays.

1. Purpose

Instacam-Lives organises and sells stays, tours, flights and tourist services, individually or in groups, tailor-made or from offers published on the site.

2. Prices

Displayed prices are indicative and expressed in euros, per person, unless otherwise stated. The final price is the one shown on the quote and then on the travel contract. It may be revised under the conditions provided for by the regulations applicable to travel (variation in fuel costs, taxes or exchange rates), no later than 20 days before departure.

3. Booking and payment

The booking becomes firm on receipt of the deposit (generally 30%) and acceptance of these terms.
The balance is due 30 days before departure.
Payment is made by the secure methods offered at the time of booking.

4. Changes by the traveller

Any change request is subject to availability and may incur fees, specified at the time of the request.

5. Cancellation by the traveller

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to contact@instacam-lives.com. Cancellation fees apply according to a scale communicated before the conclusion of the contract (for example depending on the time before departure). Taking out cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Right of withdrawal

Accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or with a specific frequency generally do not benefit from the right of withdrawal (exemption provided notably by European Union consumer law). The cancellation conditions above apply.

7. Changes or cancellation by Instacam-Lives

If Instacam-Lives is forced to modify an essential element or to cancel the trip, the traveller is informed and may, depending on the case, accept the change, opt for another trip or obtain a refund of the amounts paid, under the conditions provided for by the regulations applicable to travel.

8. Liability

Instacam-Lives is responsible for the proper performance of the services provided for in the contract, within the conditions and limits set by the regulations applicable to travel. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, an act of a third party unrelated to the service or an act of the traveller.

9. Insurance

The price does not include any insurance, unless expressly stated. Instacam-Lives offers optional insurance (cancellation, assistance-repatriation, all-risk) whose terms are provided before subscription.

10. Formalities

It is the traveller's responsibility to check the validity of their documents (passport, visa, health formalities). The information provided is for European Union nationals; nationals of other countries must check with the competent authorities.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must be sent to contact@instacam-lives.com. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the traveller may, if they are a consumer in the European Union, use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, the country in which Instacam-Lives is established. The complete general and specific terms of sale are provided to the traveller before the conclusion of the contract.
